- must be able to work well under stressful conditions and with minimal
supervision
- requires good people skills and some computer skills
- a second language would be an asset
- must have a working knowledge of the parts, processes and plant
operating procedures
- receive requests for quotation from internal sales department or
external customers
- contact customers to advise of any problems or to request any additional
information to accomplish the required repairs
- send out job estimate quotes to customers
- invoice all completed parts and advise the front office of all
appropriate paperwork that must accompany the part back to the customer
- sent out monthly specials to customers
- send out weekly status reports to customers for all in house work
- work with expeditor and shop foreman to achieve monthly rework goals
- advise management of any problems that are occurring with reworks
- work together with the shipping department to schedule parts that will
be shipped

- Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Mechanical or Aerospace) required
- must be a registered professional engineer
- good communication and organizational skills required
- ability to work unsupervised and on the go
- works with plant manager on repair procedures and fixtures
- deals with customers and regulatory representatives
- works with the quality assurance manager to approve repair procedures
- works with sales department on customer quotes

- Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Mechanical or Aerospace) required
- must be eligible for registration with APEGM (Association of
Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Manitoba)
- good communication and organizational skills required
- ability to work with minimal supervision

- works with the engineer on other projects

- clean degrease, mask and aluminum oxide
- paint - alseal, sermetal, actithane, dry film lubricant
- fill in heat charts
- follow safety procedures
- works with the inspection department on quality issues

- minimum two years experience doing T.I.G. welding required
- must pass welding test
- will be on the job training as required
- weld all types of stainless, steel, magnesium and aluminum
- blend welds
- install 25-28 seals
- perform any other welding functions as required
